Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

More than 7 days before the scheduled session:
The client may cancel the booking, and any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

3 to 7 days before the scheduled session:
The client is responsible for 50% of the full-day rate. This amount includes the non-refundable deposit.

Less than 3 days before the scheduled session:
The client is responsible for 70% of the full-day rate, corresponding to the half-day rate. This amount includes the non-refundable deposit.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

2. Rescheduling

More than 3 days before the scheduled session:
Clients may reschedule once without penalty, subject to the photographer's availability.

3 days or fewer before the scheduled session:
Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation, and the above cancellation terms apply.
3. Photographer-Initiated Cancellations
In the unlikely event that the photographer must cancel the session, all payments made, including the deposit, will be refunded in full. The photographer will also make reasonable efforts to refer the client to another professional photographer.

Payment Terms
1. Booking Deposit
For new clients, a nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the Full day rate is required to secure the booking. This amount will be applied toward the total session fee.

2. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days following the scheduled session. Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in a late payment fee charge, applied to the total of the invoice.

3. Late Payments
Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per month, starting from the day after the due date.
Portfolio and Promotional Use
Brtkbart Photo reserves the right to use any images created during the assignment for the purpose of promoting their work, including but not limited to inclusion in their portfolio, website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. If the Client wishes to delay the release of any images for promotional use, this must be agreed upon in writing prior to or during the commencement of the assignment.
